1. General Terms:
- All users must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to make purchases on Voltech Bangladesh's website.
- By placing an order, you confirm that all the details provided are accurate and complete.
- Voltech Bangladesh reserves the right to amend or update these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
2. Products and Services:
- All products are subject to availability. If an item is unavailable after placing an order, we will notify you and provide alternatives or a refund.
- Product descriptions and prices are subject to change without notice. Although we strive for accuracy, there may be typographical errors in product descriptions, pricing, or availability.
3. Order Processing:
- Orders will be processed once full payment or required advance is received.
- A minimum advance payment of 120 Taka is required for order confirmation through bKash or Nagad, with the remaining amount to be paid on delivery.
- Delivery timeframes depend on the location and stock availability. We aim to deliver within 1-2 days in Dhaka and 2-3 days outside Dhaka.
4. Delivery and Shipping:
- Delivery charges may vary based on location, product type, and size.
- The delivery time depends on our courier service and the area of delivery.
- For orders outside Dhaka, delivery charges and conditional payment fees are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Returns and Exchanges:
- Returns or exchanges are not allowed after 1 day from delivery.
- Products must have the original security sticker attached for any exchange or return.
- In case of defective products, customers must inform Voltech Bangladesh immediately for resolution.
6. Liability:
- Voltech Bangladesh is not responsible for any damages during transportation caused by third-party courier services.
- We are not liable for any delays caused by our courier partners.
7. Privacy and Data Protection:
- Your personal information will be protected according to our privacy policy. We do not share your details with third parties without your consent.

Voltech Bangladesh-এর সেবা ব্যবহার বা ওয়েবসাইট Voltechbd.com এ প্রবেশ করার মাধ্যমে আপনি নিম্নলিখিত শর্তাবলীর সঙ্গে সম্মতি জানাচ্ছেন। দয়া করে সেগুলি ভালভাবে পড়ুন।
১. সাধারণ শর্ত:
- সকল ব্যবহারকারীকে কমপক্ষে ১৮ বছর বয়সী হতে হবে অথবা তাদের অভিভাবকের অনুমতি থাকতে হবে Voltech Bangladesh-এর ওয়েবসাইটে কেনাকাটা করার জন্য।
- অর্ডার দেওয়ার মাধ্যমে আপনি নিশ্চিত করছেন যে প্রদানকৃত সকল তথ্য সঠিক এবং পূর্ণাঙ্গ।
- Voltech Bangladesh কোনো পূর্ববর্তী ঘোষণা ছাড়া এই শর্তাবলী পরিবর্তন বা আপডেট করার অধিকার রাখে। পরিবর্তনগুলি পোস্ট হওয়ার পরপরই কার্যকর হবে।
২. পণ্য এবং সেবা:
- সকল পণ্য নির্দিষ্ট পরিমাণে মজুত রয়েছে। কোনো পণ্য অর্ডার করার পর যদি তা অপ্রাপ্য হয়, তবে আমরা আপনাকে জানাব এবং বিকল্প বা রিফান্ড প্রদান করব।
- পণ্যের বর্ণনা ও মূল্য যে কোনো সময় পরিবর্তন হতে পারে। সঠিকতা বজায় রাখার জন্য আমরা সচেষ্ট থাকলেও, পণ্যের বর্ণনা, মূল্য, অথবা প্রাপ্যতা নিয়ে ভুল হতে পারে।
৩. অর্ডার প্রক্রিয়াকরণ:
- অর্ডার প্রক্রিয়া পূর্ণ পেমেন্ট বা প্রয়োজনীয় অগ্রিম পরিশোধের পর শুরু হবে।
- অর্ডার নিশ্চিত করতে বিকাশ বা নগদের মাধ্যমে ১২০ টাকা অগ্রিম পরিশোধ করতে হবে, বাকি পরিমাণ ডেলিভারির সময় পরিশোধ করা যাবে।
- ডেলিভারি সময়সীমা লোকেশন এবং স্টকের উপর নির্ভর করবে। ঢাকায় ১-২ দিন এবং ঢাকার বাইরে ২-৩ দিন ডেলিভারি করা হবে।
৪. ডেলিভারি এবং শিপিং:
- ডেলিভারি চার্জ স্থান, পণ্য প্রকার এবং আকার অনুযায়ী পরিবর্তন হতে পারে।
- ডেলিভারি সময় নির্ভর করবে আমাদের কুরিয়ার সার্ভিস এবং ডেলিভারির এলাকার উপর।
- ঢাকার বাইরের অর্ডারের ক্ষেত্রে কুরিয়ার সার্ভিসের চার্জ এবং শর্তসাপেক্ষ পেমেন্টের চার্জ ক্রেতার দায়িত্ব।
৫. ফেরত এবং এক্সচেঞ্জ:
- ডেলিভারির ১ দিনের পর কোনো ফেরত বা এক্সচেঞ্জ করা যাবে না।
- এক্সচেঞ্জ বা ফেরতের জন্য পণ্যের সাথে মূল সিকিউরিটি স্টিকার থাকতে হবে।
- ত্রুটিপূর্ণ পণ্য পাওয়া গেলে, ক্রেতাকে তৎক্ষণাৎ Voltech Bangladesh-কে জানাতে হবে।
৬. দায়বদ্ধতা:
- Voltech Bangladesh কুরিয়ার সার্ভিস দ্বারা পরিবহনকালে পণ্যের কোনো ক্ষতির জন্য দায়ী নয়।
- কুরিয়ার পার্টনারদের কারণে সৃষ্ট বিলম্বের জন্য আমরা দায়ী নই।
৭. গোপনীয়তা এবং ডেটা সুরক্ষা:
- আপনার ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য আমাদের গোপনীয়তা নীতিমালা অনুসারে সুরক্ষিত থাকবে। আমরা আপনার অনুমতি ছাড়া তৃতীয় পক্ষের সঙ্গে আপনার তথ্য শেয়ার করি না।
