Order online from Voltechbd.com and have your products delivered to any location across Bangladesh.
Delivery Terms for Dhaka City:
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is available only for orders within Dhaka.
- Orders will be delivered within 1-2 business days after confirmation.
- Delivery charges vary based on the product and location. Free delivery is not applicable to all products.
Our delivery partners (such as RedX, Pathao, eCourier) maintain their own terms and conditions.
For home delivery, customers will not have the opportunity to check or use the product before receiving it. We recommend recording an unboxing video if possible.
If you receive a defective product, please notify us immediately.
Delivery Terms for Outside Dhaka:
- For orders outside Dhaka, delivery will be made through courier services, and full or partial payment must be made in advance.
- Courier service charges and conditional payment fees will be borne by the customer.
- Delivery time and charges depend on the specific courier service and product type.
Voltech Bangladesh is not responsible for any damage to products during transportation by the courier service.
Once a product is booked with the courier, Voltech Bangladesh is no longer responsible, but customers can obtain booking details and tracking information from us.
Customers must collect their courier-delivered products from the nearest courier service branch.

Voltechbd.com থেকে অনলাইনে অর্ডার করে বাংলাদেশের যেকোনো প্রান্তে পণ্য ডেলিভারি পেতে পারেন।
ঢাকার ভিতর অনলাইন ডেলিভারি শর্তাবলী:
- শুধুমাত্র ঢাকার মধ্যে অনলাইন অর্ডারের জন্য Cash on Delivery (COD) সুবিধা রয়েছে।
- অর্ডার কনফার্ম হওয়ার ১-২ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে পণ্য ডেলিভারি করা হবে।
- ডেলিভারি চার্জ পণ্য এবং স্থানভেদে পরিবর্তন হতে পারে। ফ্রি ডেলিভারি সব পণ্যের জন্য প্রযোজ্য নয়।
আমাদের ডেলিভারি পার্টনারগণ (যেমন RedX, Pathao, eCourier) তাদের নিজস্ব শর্তাবলী অনুসরণ করেন।
হোম ডেলিভারি পাওয়া পণ্যের ব্যবহার করার সুযোগ ক্রেতার আগে থাকবে না। তবে সম্ভব হলে পণ্য আনবক্সিং-এর একটি ভিডিও ধারণ করতে পরামর্শ দেওয়া হচ্ছে।
যদি কোনো ত্রুটিপূর্ণ পণ্য পাওয়া যায়, তবে অবিলম্বে আমাদের জানাতে হবে।
ঢাকার বাইরে অনলাইন ডেলিভারি শর্তাবলী:
- ঢাকার বাইরে অনলাইন অর্ডার কুরিয়ার সার্ভিসের মাধ্যমে পাঠানো হবে, এবং পণ্যের বুকিংয়ের জন্য সম্পূর্ণ অথবা আংশিক মূল্য অগ্রিম পরিশোধ করতে হবে।
- কুরিয়ার সার্ভিসের চার্জ এবং কন্ডিশনাল পেমেন্টের চার্জ ক্রেতাকে পরিশোধ করতে হবে।
- পণ্য পৌঁছানোর সময় এবং ডেলিভারি চার্জ নির্ভর করবে নির্দিষ্ট কুরিয়ার সার্ভিস এবং পণ্যের প্রকারের উপর।
Voltech Bangladesh কুরিয়ার সার্ভিসের মাধ্যমে পরিবহনকালীন পণ্যের কোনো ক্ষতি হলে দায়ভার বহন করবে না।
কুরিয়ারে পণ্য বুকিং করার পর Voltech Bangladesh আর কোনো দায়িত্ব নেবে না, তবে ক্রেতা চাইলে বুকিং নম্বর এবং সংক্রান্ত বিস্তারিত তথ্য সংগ্রহ করতে পারবেন।
কুরিয়ারের মাধ্যমে পাঠানো পণ্য ক্রেতাকে তার নিকটস্থ কুরিয়ার ব্রাঞ্চ থেকে সংগ্রহ করতে হবে।
